- All classes are booked on a first come first serve basis. Spaces are limited so advanced payment must be made to reserve your space in any class.
- Cancellations can be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the class. Any cancellations made after this point will not be refunded. ALL classes must be cancelled by you through the booking system. Classes cannot be transferred unless otherwise advised.
- All class packs booked online are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- In the event of snow or bad weather, Vixen Pole Fitness will announce any class cancellation on Facebook, Instagram, and via WhatsApp group. If the class runs and I don’t make it, my lesson will be forfeited.
- Private lessons are booked on a 1-1 (one student to instructor) basis for 60 minutes (unless otherwise discussed). 2-1 sessions and larger private group sessions can also be arranged. Payment must be arranged with the instructor. 24 hours cancellation policy applies at all times.
- Pole hire is a non-instructed class so students must have attended a minimum of 1 pole class to book. You are responsible for ensuring you sufficiently warm up/cool down. Offering instruction to others in these classes is forbidden. Failure to abide by this rule may result in you being banned from future non-instructed classes.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class start time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will forfeit your class. This is to ensure that all students warm up properly with the rest of the class, reducing risk of injury and ensuring our classes start on time. Late students will NOT be permitted to join in the class if they have not attended the warm up. Refunds for late students will not be issued.
- VPF reserves the right to alter the timetable or teacher due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Abuse towards instructors or other students will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- VPF takes no responsibility for students lost/stolen or damaged personal items whilst they are at the venue.
- Any inappropriate parking will be done at the student’s risk and VPF will not be held responsible for any tickets.
- I have filled out a waiver before taking part in any class/event or workshop. It is the student’s responsibility to inform their instructor of any changes to their medical condition when they attend each class.
- You confirm that you are not pregnant or have not given birth within the last 6 months. Pregnant women are not able to take part without consent from the instructor AND their GP. Please contact us before booking if this applies to you.
- VPF reserve the right to refuse a student entry to a class if they believe they are medically unsuitable or are under the influence of alcohol/drugs. The instructor’s decision is final and in this case, no refunds will be given.
- Students must ensure they are suitably dressed for class. Do not apply lotions, moisturisers, or creams on the day of the class as they make the pole and you slippery
- Any student who ignores the health and safety advice of the instructor, or who is acting in an inappropriate manner, may be removed from the class, and refused entry into any further classes. No refunds will be given in this case.
- I agree to not being spotted or helped into or out of any move under any circumstances or giving instruction to any other student.
