Hi, I'm Vic Wilson!
I’m the founder of Vixen Pole & Fitness. I’m a fully qualified and insured pole fitness instructor and have been teaching pole fit classes and 121 lessons for nine years. I am also a fully qualified level three personal trainer.
I discovered pole ten years ago during a particularly difficult period in my life. I strongly believe that as well as being a great way to exercise, pole dancing also be emotionally healing.
Pole fitness is a fantastic way to get fit while having fun. It improves strength, flexibility and co-ordination, and is a great way to get in touch with your body and build self-confidence.
My goal is that everyone who comes to a Vixen Pole & Fitness class feels welcome, supported and celebrated, and that they leave with a smile!
